Or perhaps, go picnic with your children, and have some fun playing football and go on bike rides which are also a great option for weekends too.

Reading books and watching movies are great ways to relax and while your time, you can enjoy the story which may inspire you through your book and movies too. Go to your local library or cinema to fulfill your weekend. There are many movie options in Google Play and iTune at affordable price which u can share with your friends and family, remember to prepare popcorn and snack for it.

Volunteering is another retreat and healing for your soul, it helps you reduce stress, provide a sense of purpose and increase self-confidence. In addition, it is very meaningful to contribute to your community and connect with different people; you can make new friends, expand your network and boost your social skills.

Joining extra curriculum classes with your friends as a hobby to discover your hidden talents in cooking, painting and DIY workshop is another great way to spend your weekends! You can share the happiness with your friends and expend your social group.
Take spa with music at home
There are many suggestions that may not necessarily cost you anything, it just costs time. Since you seldom have time to relax during the weekdays, you can enjoy a wonderful spa at home without spending money. Fill up a tub with warm water and add bath or sea salt, strip down, get in and relax, you could do it with a bottle of wine/Champaign, a book with music.
